We are sorry to hear about your desire to close your Visionet
account. If this is due to a problem that you are having, please
feel free to contact our Customer Support department so that we
can help you resolve it.
If you would like to discontinue your Visionet service, simply mail or fax your request to have your account closed. Please notify us of your request, prior to the last day of the current month in which you wish to cancel. Otherwise you will be charged for an additional full month of service. We do not prorate cancelled accounts. Cancellation by email will not be accepted. Payment for any outstanding balance will be expected at this time. We must have your request in writing, signed by the person whose name is listed on the account, before the service can be cancelled. Your member account and all information will be deleted at the end of the current billing cycle, which is usually the last day of the current month. We appreciate your service and hope that you decide to try Visionet again in the future.
